A local order, without a relay network
Choose fresh flowers online and select the delivery date during checkout. Your order is prepared at Calle de la Ruda 15, not passed through an international marketplace.
Madrid deliveries are handled by our own team. For same-day delivery, the confirmed cutoff is 10:00 Madrid time; later requests should be checked on WhatsApp before ordering.
We send a WhatsApp photo of the completed bouquet before delivery, so the person ordering from abroad can see what is leaving the shop.

Your bouquet is made at Calle de la Ruda 15, in our La Latina shop. It is not relayed to an unknown florist.

Orders within Madrid are delivered by Lorena Marco's own team. Choose the delivery date during checkout.

We send a WhatsApp photo of the finished bouquet before it leaves for delivery.

Central Madrid and the surrounding city
Enter the delivery address in the selector at checkout to confirm coverage. If the address is outside Madrid city or the selector does not accept it, ask on WhatsApp before ordering.
Flowers for offices, hotels and events
For a recurring office arrangement, a hotel welcome or a corporate event, send the date, address and scale of the space. We will confirm what is feasible before proposing flowers.

Can someone help me in English?
Yes. Someone on our team speaks English and can help with your order. Lorena also speaks a little English after spending time in Australia. Written WhatsApp is the clearest route for delivery details.
Do I need to call in Spanish?
No. You can order online in English and contact us on WhatsApp in English. A phone call in Spanish is not required.
Can you deliver on the same day?
Order by 10:00 Madrid time for the confirmed same-day cutoff. After that time, contact the shop on WhatsApp before ordering.
Do you deliver to hotels and offices?
Yes, within the Madrid delivery area. For hotels, send the guest's full name and arrival date. For offices, include the company name and reception details.
