We send a WhatsApp photo of the finished bouquet before it leaves for delivery.
Hotels and temporary stays
Sending to a hotel in Madrid
After ordering, send us the guest's full name, hotel name and arrival date on WhatsApp. We can then confirm the delivery details with you before the bouquet leaves the shop.

Yes. Choose the bouquet and the Madrid delivery date online. The flowers are prepared locally, so there are no customs or international shipping steps.
Can you deliver flowers in Madrid on the same day?
The confirmed cutoff is 10:00 Madrid time. After 10:00, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will check the real availability for that day.
Will I see the bouquet before it is delivered?
Yes. We send a photo of the finished bouquet by WhatsApp before delivery.
What information do you need for a hotel delivery?
Send the guest's full name, the hotel name and the arrival date on WhatsApp after placing the order. This helps us confirm the handover details.
