We prepare each bouquet at C/ Ruda 15, in La Latina, and our own team delivers it within Madrid city. You can choose an available date at checkout or write to us if the address needs extra coordination.
The same team prepares your bouquet and handles its delivery
Your bouquet is made in Lorena Marco's workshop with fresh seasonal flowers and leaves from the shop. It is not passed on to an anonymous florist network. Before it leaves, we send you a photo on WhatsApp so you can see the finished bouquet.
For a home, office, restaurant or hotel, add the recipient's full name, a contact phone number and any concierge, booking or reception details. This helps avoid unnecessary calls and makes a discreet delivery easier.
Choosing a date, time slot and flowers
Available delivery dates and time slots appear in the selector at checkout. The same-day cut-off in Madrid is 10:00. After that, write to us on WhatsApp before paying so the team can check the route and the options available.
We mainly work with seasonal flowers. If a particular variety is not at its best, we may suggest an alternative with a similar character, colour or feel. Preserved flowers, plants and terrariums are also options where delivery is available for the product and address.

Today, tomorrow or Saturday
For an urgent order, check the available date first. Ordering for tomorrow usually leaves more room to adapt the colour, size and character. Saturday delivery is also available when the date and time slot appear in the shop's selector.
Madrid, nearby areas and mainland Spain
Local delivery covers Madrid city and a 30 km radius. We also send flowers and catalogue plants to mainland Spain with MRW; terrariums and kokedamas are excluded from the mainland service. Check the options for your product and address at checkout.

When delivery needs extra help
If nobody is at the address, we work with the person who placed the order to find an alternative: a concierge, a neighbour or another delivery attempt. A second attempt is charged only when no alternative can be arranged.
If a time or address needs an answer from the team, it is best to write before ordering. You can use the contact page or WhatsApp to confirm the details in writing.
