What is the cut-off for delivery today?
The confirmed cut-off for same-day delivery is 10:00. If it has already passed, message us before ordering and we will check the date, address and flowers available that day.
How delivery works
Bouquets are prepared at C/ Ruda 15 in La Latina. Within Madrid city, delivery is handled by our own team. The date and available time windows are shown at checkout. We send a WhatsApp photo before the bouquet leaves.
Local coverage also includes a 30 km radius, and we ship to mainland Spain with MRW. Check the options for your product and address at checkout, or message us before ordering. Local delivery dates do not imply the same transit time for MRW shipments.
Choosing the bouquet
For an urgent order, seasonal flowers give the workshop more room to prepare a good bouquet. If one exact variety is not at its best, we will suggest an alternative with the same feeling and a considered composition.
Order or ask the shop
Choose fresh flowers online, or write to us before ordering if the address or timing needs a human answer. Someone on the team speaks English; Lorena speaks a little after her time in Australia. Written WhatsApp messages are best for confirming delivery details.

You can ask on WhatsApp before paying. We will confirm whether that day's delivery route can still take the order.
Who delivers the bouquet?
Within Madrid city, Lorena Marco's own team delivers from the workshop at C/ Ruda 15.
Will I receive a photo?
Yes. We send a WhatsApp photo of the finished bouquet before it leaves for delivery.
What if nobody is home?
We look for a practical solution with the buyer, such as reception, a neighbour or another attempt. A second attempt only has a cost if no alternative can be arranged.
