Your order reaches the C/ Ruda 15 workshop and is prepared with fresh seasonal flowers. If you need a time window that checkout does not offer, confirm it on WhatsApp first so the order is placed with the right expectation.
How delivery works
Bouquets are prepared at C/ Ruda 15 in La Latina. Within Madrid city, delivery is handled by our own team. The date and available time windows are shown at checkout. We send a WhatsApp photo before the bouquet leaves.
Choosing the bouquet
A day's notice gives the workshop more room to adjust colour, size and character. For a gift, add the recipient's full name, contact number and any reception, office or hotel detail.
Order or ask the shop
Choose fresh flowers online, or write to us before ordering if the address or timing needs a human answer. Someone on the team speaks English; Lorena speaks a little after her time in Australia. Written WhatsApp messages are best for confirming delivery details.
